By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times are separate from shipping times. Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit once they have been handed over to the carrier. Any issues with delivery must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking number.

Refund, Return & Chargeback Policy

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except if an item is received damaged or incorrect (wrong size or wrong item sent) due to our error.

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation and must include:

Order number

Clear photographic evidence

Original packaging

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition. We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet these requirements.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for:

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect size selection by the customer

Shipping delays

Lost or stolen packages

Orders marked “Delivered” by the carrier
