Shipping Policy

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times are separate from shipping times. Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit once they have been handed over to the carrier. Any issues with delivery must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking number.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
