Refund, Return & Chargeback Policy
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except if an item is received damaged or incorrect (wrong size or wrong item sent) due to our error.
All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation and must include:
• Order number
• Clear photographic evidence
• Original packaging
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition. We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet these requirements.
We do not issue refunds or replacements for:
• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect size selection by the customer
• Shipping delays
• Lost or stolen packages
• Orders marked “Delivered” by the carrier
